Recipe Ingredients for Spicy spaghetti squash

1180 grams Squash, Winter, Spaghetti
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup, chopped Onions
4 pieces Garlic Cloves
4 link Fresh Hot Italian Pork Sausage
2 cup Unico Crushed Tomatoes
1 tbsp Vinegar red wine
2 tbsp, drained Capers, Canned
2 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
1 tbsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
1 tbsp Parsley, Dried
1 tbsp Oregano, Ground
1 tsp Seasoned Salt

Recipe Directions for Spicy spaghetti squash

  1. Cut squash in half and remove seeds. Cook in covered microwave dish with 1\3 cup water for 15 minutes or until done.

  2. Sautee onions and garlic in olive oil.

  3. Add pork sausage (remove from links and cook like ground pork) and cook on med-high temp. until done (10-15 minutes). Add tomatoes and red wine, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Add spices and simmer another 5 minutes.

  4. Spoon out squash onto plate and spoon sauce over sauce. Enjoy!
