Just a sampling of my favorite Southwestern ingredients along with tuna and rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Southwest Tuna & Rice

390 grams white rice (cooked)
85 grams light tuna (in water)
150 grams black beans
100 grams corn
200 grams diced tomatoes
50 grams picante sauce
1/2 teaspoon cilantro
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 red pepper (optional)

Recipe Directions for Spicy Southwest Tuna & Rice

  1. Mix all ingredients; heat through.

  2. Serve with your choice of toppings such as cheese and/or sour cream.

  3. If you're not partial to spicy hot, leave out the red pepper.
