Recipe Ingredients for Spicy southern potato wedges

12 oz potatoes, cut into wedges
1/2 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
15 grams Vegetable Oil 100% Pure

Recipe Directions for Spicy southern potato wedges

  1. Cut the potatoes into wedges.

  2. Boil the wedges in salted water for 5 minutes.

  3. Strain and dry and place in a bowl with the oil and spices. Coat well.

  4. Place coated wedges on a baking sheet in a preheated oven gas mark 7 -8 for 30 minutes
