3 medium Russet Potato
6 serving Season All Seasoned Salt
0.5 tbsp Chili Powder
1 onion Yellow Onion
2 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.5 serving Cayenne Pepper

Recipe Directions for Spicy Skillet Potatoes with Onion

  1. Peel potatoes. Cut them into quarters then chop them into small chunks, anywhere from 1/2 inch to 1 inch thick (thinner pieces will get crispier and cook faster). Cut a small yellow onion into thin wedges. Put potato and onion pieces into a 1-gallon storage bag. Add spices. Press as much air out of the bag as possible while sealing it. Shake vigorously to spread seasoning over potatoes.

  2. Heat 1-2 tbsp of olive oil over medium high heat in a nonstick skillet. Add potato-onion mixture and cook until potatoes are done.
