Recipe Ingredients for SPICY SHRIMP SKEWERS

1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1 scallion, chopped
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp. chopped fresh ginger
1 tbsp. Chili sauce, garlic
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
4 large shrimp, peeled deveined

Recipe Directions for SPICY SHRIMP SKEWERS

  1. Purée ingredients (except the shrimp) in a food processor or blender.

  2. Toss with shrimp and marinate 10 minutes. Thread 2-3 shrimp onto skewers.

  3. Preheat grill pan or grill over medium-high; sear shrimp until cooked through, about 2 minutes per side.

  4. Serve over fried rice.
