Cooked with roma tomatoes and tri colored peppers.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy shrimp

1 pound frozen shrimp
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups roma tomatoes
50 g green bell pepper
60 g red bell pepper
67 g yellow bell pepper
2 tsp minced garlic
1/8 tsp cracked black pepper
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp dried basil

Recipe Directions for Spicy shrimp

  1. Heat the olive oil in pan.

  2. Add garlic and peppers.

  3. Saute for a few minutes and then add peppers.

  4. Add salt, pepper and basil. Let simmer for 15 - 20 minutes.

  5. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp are done.
