Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Shrimp Kebabs

16 oz Shrimp Cooked Ring Peeled Deveined Tail On
4 serving raw Scallion
1 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers
2 tsp Ginger, Ground
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
1 1tsp Oil, Sesame
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
4 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain, Cooked
15 oz Stir Fry

Recipe Directions for Spicy Shrimp Kebabs

  1. Preparation

  2. 1 Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, ginger, jalapeno, scallions together in a glass bowl. Add shrimp and stir well. Cover and marinate for up to an hour.

  3. 2 Pre-soak bamboo skewers in cold water. Preheat broiler or grill. Thread marinated shrimp on to skewers—4 or 5 per skewer, and broil or grill for 4-5 minutes, turning once. Serve as an appetizer or as an entree with whole grain rice and steamed vegetables.
