Spicy shrimp and bok choy noodle bowl

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy shrimp and bok choy noodle bowl

1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp crushed red pepper
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp chopped ginger
2 cups bok choy
8 oz sliced mushrooms
32 oz chicken stock
8 oz seafood stock
1 lb. shrimp
8 oz soba noodles
1/2 cup scallions

Recipe Directions for Spicy shrimp and bok choy noodle bowl

heat oil in a large saucepan. saute red pepper through mushrooms for a few minutes. add stocks and bring to a boil. add soba and shrimp, cook 3 min. then add scallions and cook 2 more min. take off heat and let stand 2-3 min before serving.
