A delicious, healthy & hearty soup that's very easy to make.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Shrimp Black Bean Chowder

1 large onion, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
29 oz low sodium vegetable broth
10 oz tomatoes & green chilies, diced
2 cups corn
15 oz black beans
14 1/2 oz tomatoes, diced
4 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 lb medium shrimp
1/4 cup parsley

Recipe Directions for Spicy Shrimp Black Bean Chowder

  1. Sautee onion until translucent.

  2. Add tomatoes, corn, beans, and spices.

  3. Simmer for about 20 minutes.

  4. Stir in shrimp, cook 5-6 minutes longer or until shrimp are pink.

  5. Add parsley.
