A nice meat dish of shredded, spicy chicken; Originally used as meat in a taco.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Shredded Chicken

5 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
1 1/4 cup Salsa
1 1/4 tbsp salt
10 Garlic Cloves
5 tbsp chipotle pepper
3 tbsp chili powder
3/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Spicy Shredded Chicken

  1. Thinly slice Garlic Cloves

  2. Chop chipotle peppers as fine as desired

  3. Add 1 1/4 cup of salsa

  4. Add 1 1/4 tbsp of salt

  5. Add 1 1/4 tsp of pepper

  6. Add 5 lbs of Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs

  7. Mix together in slow cooker so chicken is all covered in mixture

  8. Slow cook on high for 6 hours or on low for 8 hours
