3 oz pepper jack
112 g small pita pockets
1 cup romaine lettuce
8 tbsp salsa
1 cup red onion
4 cups romaine lettuce
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
328 g artichoke hearts
56 g roasted red peppers

  2. stuff in pita

  3. add cheese while hot.
