Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Salmon Filet

5 ounce salmon, atlantic, boneless and skinless fillet
1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning
1 cooking spray

Recipe Directions for Spicy Salmon Filet

Mix thyme and cajun seasoning. Spray filet lightly with Pam, and sprinkle with seasoning mix. Spray skillet lightly with Pam, and heat to medium. Cook filet approximately 3-4 minutes each side, until almost done. Remove from heat and allow to sit for a minute. Don't overcook.
