Recipe Ingredients for spicy salmon with curry yogurt sauce

24 oz salmon steaks
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 nonstick cooking spray
1 cup yogurt
8 tbsp cilantro, chopped
8 tbsp scallions, sliced
4 tbsp honey
8 tbsp curry powder
4 tbsp sriracha

Recipe Directions for spicy salmon with curry yogurt sauce

Heat broiler to at least 145F. Line a baking pan with nonstick foil and place salmon on pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, coat with nonstick spray, and brush sriracha to both sides. Broil 8 to 10 minutes or just until cooked through. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients and serve with the salmon.
