This is a yummy snack when you're sick of plain old pumpkin seeds. One serving is 1/4 cup of the finished product.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy-roasted Pumpkin Seeds

3 cups raw pumpkin seeds
1 egg white
2 tbsp water
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp sea salt

Recipe Directions for Spicy-roasted Pumpkin Seeds

  1. Beat egg white and water until foamy.

  2. Add seeds and spices.

  3. Stir well.

  4. Spread in a single layer on a cookie sheet and bake at 275 degrees for 40-60 minutes.
