Yummy, yummy, yummy. Need I say more? : ) Makes a lot, but is easily halved.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy roasted potatoes & sweet potatoes

8 medium white potatoes
1 large sweet potato
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tsp cajun seasoning

Recipe Directions for Spicy roasted potatoes & sweet potatoes

  1. Wash and cut potatoes into wedges, whatever size you like.

  2. Peel and cut sweet potato into pieces.

  3. Place into bowl (or two bowls for this amount) and drizzle with olive oil.

  4. Toss well.

  5. Add seasoning.

  6. Toss well again.

  7. Place on baking pan and bake in the oven at 400F for 20 minutes or until crispy and yummy. Ours took FOREVER because I lined the pans with tin foil and put two pans in the oven at the same time.
