Recipe Ingredients for Spicy rice

5 cups cooked cold white rice
2 carrots (shredded)
2 celery stalks (sliced)
1 onion (chopped)
2 tbs chili oil
1/4 cup soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Spicy rice

Cook onion, carrot and celery in chili oil until soft. Add rice and soy sause until warmed through.
