Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Radish Fatoush Dressing

1/4 c Walnuts
2 cloves garlic
1/3 c shredded parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp water
1/4 c olive oil
2 radishes

Recipe Directions for Spicy Radish Fatoush Dressing

In a food processor, combine walnuts, garlic scapes (or 1 clove), cheese, salt, lemon and water. Turn on motor and add olive oil in a stream through the top. Process 1-2 minutes, until fairly smooth. Add radishes and radish greens. Pulse, until combined, but with small specs of red and green still visible.
