Recipe Ingredients for Spicy quinoa stir with peanuts

50 ml quinoa
1 tbsp peanuts
50 ml water
1/4 yellow onion
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp hot sauce
1 dash celery salt
1 dash paprika (hot)

Recipe Directions for Spicy quinoa stir with peanuts

  1. Add quinoa and water to small pan and bring to boil on medium heat.

  2. Simmer without lid until all water is gone.

  3. Add peanuts and stir.

  4. Turn of heat and let stand.

  5. Heat olive oil on medium heat in frying pan.

  6. Add onion and fy until soft.

  7. Add quinoa mixture, hot sauce, celery salt and paprika and stir for 1/2 a minute

  8. Remove from heat.

  9. Serve hot or cold
