Recipe Ingredients for spicy pumpkin seeds

1 tablespoon egg white(s)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper, cayenne
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 cup Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
2 cups pumpkin seeds

Recipe Directions for spicy pumpkin seeds

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small mixing bowl, beat the egg white with a whisk until soft and foamy. Except for the pumpkin seeds, add the rest of the ingredients and combine thoroughly.

  2. Spread the pumpkin seeds in an even layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Coat with the egg-white mixture.

  3. Bake 13-15 minutes until the pumpkin seeds pop. Let them cool completely and store in a covered container.
