Zesty spicy sautéed prawns with ginger, garlic, hot sauce & lime.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Prawns (Shrimp)

105 g medium shrimp, shelled and cleaned
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 g ginger, crushed
1/4 tsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp olive oil
1 pinch salt
1 tsp lime juice

Recipe Directions for Spicy Prawns (Shrimp)

  1. Marinade the prawns in ginger and garlic. Cover and refrigerate for 30min-2hrs.

  2. Before cooking, remove from fridge.

  3. Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Add in prawns, hot sauce & salt.

  4. Cook until pink and cooked through (approx 2-3 minutes). Remove from heat.

  5. Drizzle with lime juice before serving warm.
