A colourful quick-cook stir-fry with a spicy kick!

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Prawn and Noodle Stir Fry

4 oz egg noodles, cooked and drained
2 tsps sunflower oil
2 spring onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, sliced
1/2 oz ginger, sliced
1 (green) chili pepper, deseeded and chopped
3 oz courgette, cut into julienne strips
3 oz carrot, cut into julienne strips
3 oz red pepper, thinly sliced
3 oz prawns
2 tsps soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Spicy Prawn and Noodle Stir Fry

  1. Heat a large frying pan or wok over a high flame. Add the sunflower oil

  2. Add the chopped spring onions, garlic and sliced ginger and stir-fry for a few seconds

  3. Add the carrot, courgette and green pepper and stir-fry for 3 - 4 minutes until the vegetables are tender

  4. Add the drained noodles, prawns and soy sauce, turn down the heat a little and cook until the prawns are warmed through - about 2 minutes
