Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Potato Wedges

3 1/2 pounds potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp paprika

Recipe Directions for Spicy Potato Wedges

Combine all ingredients except potatoes in a large bow. Add potatoes (cut into wedges) and toss to coat. Arrange in a single layer ona greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes until golden brown, turning once.
