Recipe Ingredients for spicy pork and green bean stir fry

1 packet Splenda
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
3 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil, divided use
1 teaspoon vinegar, rice
1 pound boneless pork loin, cut into strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound fresh green beans, cut into 2-inch lengths

Recipe Directions for spicy pork and green bean stir fry

  1. Combine sugar, red pepper flakes, ginger, soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of the sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a small bowl, stirring well to dissolve sugar. Set aside.

  2. Place a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add the remaining 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Add pork and garlic to hot skillet, and cook 1 minute or just until pork is browned, stirring constantly.

  3. Add green beans, and cook 4 minutes or until pork and beans are tender, stirring constantly.

  4. Add soy sauce mixture to skillet and cook 1 minute, stirring well to coat pork and beans.
