Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Pork Chili

2 lbs pork
1 T vegetable oil
28 oz crushed tomatoes
2 c frozen corn
15 oz black beans
1 c onion
1 c beef broth
4 oz chopped green chilies
1 T chili powder
1 t minced garlic
1/2 t salt
1/2 t cayenne pepper
1/2 t pepper
1/4 c cilantro
1 c cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Spicy Pork Chili

  1. In a large skillet, cook pork in oil over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes or until browned. Transfer pork and drippings to a 5-qt slow cooker.

  2. Stir in the tomatoes, corn, beans, onion, broth, chilies, chili powder, garlic, salt, cayenne, and pepper. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until pork is tender. Stir in cilantro. Serve with cheese if desired.
