Great quick and relatively healthy breakfast

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Pepper and Egg Toast

Egg, Whole
1 cup, strips Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 slice Bread, White, Commercially Prepared, Toasted
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter
0.33 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Spicy Pepper and Egg Toast

  1. Cut 1/4 of red pepper into cubes of desired size (frozen peppers are best)

  2. Cook Peppers at low-medium heat in pan with a little butter, salt and pepper to taste

  3. When cooked as desired remove pan from heat and add one medium sized egg

  4. continually stir eggs with peppers until egg no long runs, briefly return to heat as needed.

  5. Add pinch or palm-full of shredder Cheddar Cheese and stir in until melted

  6. Toast bread of preference and spread egg mixture on top

  7. Eat!
