Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Pecan Crunch Haddock

1 1/2 lb Haddock
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1/4 cup skim milk
1 egg white, beaten

Recipe Directions for Spicy Pecan Crunch Haddock

  1. Bake 400 degrees 10 min

  2. Combine dry ingredients. Mix milk and eggs, dip haddock in mixture. Coat with dry ingredients. Spray with EVOO.

  3. Bake
