From Veggie Revolution by Sally Kneidel and Sara Kate Kneidel "This sauce perks up the dullest vegetable side dish: it adds protein and heartiness in addition to delicious peanut flavor. It can also be added to a stir-fry, saute, or sandwich, or use as a dip for chips or spring rolls"
