One of my families favorite pasta dishes. This all veggie dish lets you add your own shrimp, chicken, etc. if desired.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Pasta

12 oz of linguine
1 T olive oil
1 T butter
1 medium zucchini
1 medium bell pepper
15 cherry tomatoes
1 medium red onion
1 cup carrots
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup broccoli florets
1 T red pepper flakes
1 t garlic salt
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 t pepper
1 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for Spicy Pasta

  1. Boil pasta according to directions on box.

  2. Dice all veggies except for tomatoes. In large heated skillet, add olive oil, butter and garlic. Saute onions, carrots and zucchini for a couple minutes. Add peppers, mushrooms, broccoli and tomatoes. Season with garlic salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.

  3. Serve over drained pasta and top with Parmesan cheese.
