Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Noodle & Tuna Salad

4 cups cooked whole wheat macaroni
1 cup celery
1 cup radishes
1/2 cup cilantro
1 cup cheddar cheese
133 grams chunk light tuna
1 tblsp worcestershire
1/3 cup fat free miracle whip
1 tsp dry mustard
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Spicy Noodle & Tuna Salad

  1. chop all vegetables

  2. small dice the cheese

  3. toss cooled noodles with vegetables, cheese, drained tuna

  4. mix dressing ingredients in small bowl

  5. pour over noodles and mix well

  6. refirgerate or eat at room temperature

  7. keeps well for 2-3 days refrigerated
