Easy to prepare roasted potatoes.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Mustard Roasted Potatoes

4 tbs dijon mustard
2 tsps paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
2 lb red potato, halved

Recipe Directions for Spicy Mustard Roasted Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Spray a roasting pan with cooking spray.

  3. Whisk together mustard, paprika, cumin, chili powder and cayenne pepper in a large bowl.

  4. Prick potatoes several times with a fork and add to bowl. Toss to coat.

  5. Pour potatoes in prepared roasting pan, leaving a little space in between.

  6. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour or until potatoes are fork tender.
