Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Morning Scramble

2 large Egg, Whole
1 slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese
3 1/10 grams Pepper, Serrano
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1/2 cup(137 g) Tomatoes Diced
1 1/2 grams Garlic
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Spicy Morning Scramble

  1. Over medium heat, saute onion and garlic in olive oil until it starts to smell really good and onions are softer.

  2. Add tomatoes and peppers and stir around while they cook for two minutes until peppers release a delicious stronger aroma.

  3. Meanwhile, beat eggs together, add salt and pepper to taste. Add the beaten eggs to the rest of the food in the pan. Allow to cook for two minutes, then use a spatula to scramble until the eggs are nearly cooked to your taste.

  4. Add cheese. (You can skip this step for less calories.)
