I never make macaroni and cheese the same way twice :)

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Middle Italy Mac'n Cheese

2 1/2 oz Macaroni

Recipe Directions for Spicy Middle Italy Mac'n Cheese

  1. boil some water in a big pot for the macaroni.

  2. put some olive oil in a frying pan and turn the burner to medium.

  3. add your favorite can of organic tomatoes.

  4. drizzle red wine vinegar over tomatoes.

  5. add cumin, curry, basil, oregano, rosemary, red pepper flakes, flax, pepper, cilantro, thyme, and cilantro.

  6. chop up part of an onion, some spicy pepper, and some garlic, add to tomatoes.

  7. turn the heat down a bit on the tomatoes and cover. let them simmer until the pasta is almost done, in which case you can turn off the burner (the residual heat will keep them warm until you can add them to the mac!)

  8. strain pasta obviously. mix in cheese, obviously. add tomato awesome mixture, also obviously.

  9. MIX AND ENJOY :)
