Recipe Directions for Spicy Mexican Shrimp & Veggies

  1. chop all veggies

  2. saute in oil

  3. add shrimp and cook 5 minutes

  4. blend can of tomatoes to a sauce

  5. add tomatoes and chipotle salsa and simmer 2 minutes

  6. serve with rice or tortillas
