Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Meatballs with Firery Chili Sauce

1 lb lean ground beef, 96%
8 tbs cooked brown rice
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 tsp fennel seed
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp red pepper
1/2 tsp minced dried onion
4 pinches salt
4 pinches black pepper
10 tbs chili sauce
1/2 tsp hot sauce

Recipe Directions for Spicy Meatballs with Firery Chili Sauce

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

  2. In a med bowl, combine the beef, rice, parsley, Italian seasoning, fennel, garlic powder, red-pepper flakes, onion, salt and pepper. Mix well.

  3. With a 1" cookie soccp or a sponn and your hands, form the mixture into 1" meatballs. Place in a single layer on a small nonstick baking sheet. Bake for about 7 mins, or until the meatballs are just barely pink inside. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

  4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the chili sauce with the hot-pepper sauce. Pour the sauce over the meatballs. Toss to coat with sauce. Servie immediately.
