Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Meat Loaf

1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
0.5 cup, chopped Carrots
1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
500 grams Beef
66 grams Egg, Whole
0.5 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tsp Tabasco Sauce
3 serving Garlic Cloves
118 mL Sweet Harvest Chunky Chopped Tomatoes
1 tablespoon Rosemary
1 tbsp Sage, Ground
1 tablespoon Thyme

Recipe Directions for Spicy Meat Loaf

  1. Cut carrots, onion, celery and fry until softened.

  2. Mix meat, egg, oats and the sauted vegetables.

  3. FIll into a loaf pan.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 centigrades.

  5. Add chopped tomatoes on top.

  6. Bake for another 45mintutes.
