Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Mary Turkey Burgers

1/2 lb lean ground turkey
1/4 c tomato juice, low sodium
1/2 c egg beaters
1/2 c bread crumbs
1/2 c sundried tomatoes, finely chopped
1/4 c celery, finely diced
1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
3/4 tsp hot sauce

Recipe Directions for Spicy Mary Turkey Burgers

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except turkey.

  2. Add ground turkey and combine just till ingredients are thoroughly combined.

  3. Divide meat mixture into two equal portions and form round patties, even thickness.

  4. Broil, grill, or panfry, turning once, until juices run clear.

  5. Serve with horseradish, fresh and pickled veggies, and whole grain buns--if desired.
