Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Mango Sauce

1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup mango puree
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1 tbsp cider vinegar

Recipe Directions for Spicy Mango Sauce

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium low heat.

  2. Add the cumin, cardamom, and cinnamon and cook for three minutes, stirring constantly.

  3. Add the mango puree, honey, chili sauce, and vinegar. Remove from heat. Allow to cool. Transfer to a bowl or individual dipping bowls to serve.
