Spicy Mango Chicken with Mango & Black Bean Salsa

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Mango Chicken

1/4 cup mango
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
2 peppers, seeded then finely chopped
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Spicy Mango Chicken

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken and salsa, mix well. Brush marinade on both sides of chicken. Grill or broil chicken 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked, turning once and basting often with additional marinade. Do not baste during last five minutes of cooking. Discard any remaining marinade. Top Chicken with Mango & Black Bean Salsa.
