Lower calorie tuna salad that's delicious!!

Recipe Ingredients for spicy lower calorie tuna salad

4 tbsp Home Made Salsa
1 can Solid White Tuna Albacore Low Sodium In Water
0.25 cup Total 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon Olive Oil Mayonnaise
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for spicy lower calorie tuna salad

If using regular tuna, place in sieve and rinse under cold water for about a minute. This removes about 70% of the sodium from the tuna. Mix tuna, 2 tbsp. salsa, 1/4 cup of yogurt and 1 tbsp. of the mayo. Add black pepper and any other seasonings that you wish, but delicious like this. Spicy!
