Can substitute beef with cabbage leaves to make a vegetarian meal. Couldn't find slices of beef so thats what i wrote in the recipe unfortunately Serves 1

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy low fat beef olives

1 tbsp Salad Cream
1 serving 90% Lean Ground Beef, Fresh
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 serving Baked Potato Small Plain
1 medium raw Carrots
4 oz(113 g) Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 1% Milkfat
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 oz Chilli
1 tsp Curry Powder

Recipe Directions for Spicy low fat beef olives

  1. Finely chop half a small onion boil it in a small amount of water.. you don't want to throw anything away. put in a 100g of cottage cheese with the cooked onions. (garlic optional). Add curry and chilli to your liking. leave to simmer until water has evaporated.

  2. Once ready place the 2 slices of raw beef on top of eachother and put the filling on top and wrap the beef into a burito style then wrap in foil and put in the oven. Takes about 20 minutes to cook on gas mark 7

  3. Cut up the potatos and steam them together with the carrots.

  4. Serve with salad of choice including tomatoes cucumber lettuce and alow fat salad dressing
