Vegetarian Lentil and Quinoa Soup with Korean spices and vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Lentil and Quinoa Soup

0.6 cup Quinoa
1 cup Lentils, Pink
6 tbsp chopped Onions
3 cup Fat Free Mushroom Broth
1/4 cup(4 g) Coriander Leaves
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 serving korean chili powder
1.5 tsp Thai Chili Garlic Paste
0.3 serving Daikon
1 cup Mung Beans, Mature Seeds, Sprouted
1 serving Chrysanthemum leaf

Recipe Directions for Spicy Lentil and Quinoa Soup

  1. Heat oil in Saute pan.

  2. Saute onion.

  3. Add Korean Chili Spice, Thai Chili Garlic paste and daikon until starts to stick to pan.

  4. Deglaze with mushroom broth.

  5. Add lentils and quinoa.

  6. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer.

  7. Continue to simmer 20 minutes.

  8. Garnish with Mung Beans and Chrysanthemum leafs.
