Chili Paste + Tonkatsu and some cheese to counteract the spicy

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy KorJap Chicken Cutlet Rice

4 oz raw Breaded Chicken Cutlet Raised Without Antibiotics
2 medium Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1/2 cup slices Carrots
1 medium Onions
1 large Egg, Whole
1 serving Kirkland Mexican Style Blend Cheese
0.33 cup Rice, White, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 tbsp Ketchup

Recipe Directions for Spicy KorJap Chicken Cutlet Rice

Boil the veggies, and let it simmer until there is not much liquid left. Then add rice, ketchup, tonkatsu sauce, and gochujang (I use the original Korean one and I can't understand what it says) and mix vigorously. Add a bit of water, and mix in the egg until it starts to form a shape of sorts. Continue cooking until there is no water left, and add cheese on top. Then nuke it to make the cheese melt.
