This is a slightly spicy kale chips recipe. Just plain salt with a little black pepper is also delicious and healthy.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Kale Chips

1040 grams Kale
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Kosher Salt
0.5 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Chili Powder

Recipe Directions for Spicy Kale Chips

  1. Wash and chop one head of Kale - (about 8 cups). Mix in large bowl with olive oil and spices (recommended above, but feel free to try your own mix)

  2. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Flip over the Kale pieces and bake another 10 mins. Don't overcrowd the kale on your baking sheet. Do two batches if necessary. Two batches let's you try other spices and flavors too!
