Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Jack Mac & Cheese with Broccoli

2 cup Elbow Macaroni
2 cup, chopped Broccoli
8 oz Sharp Cheddar
8 oz Pepper Jack Cheese
12 fl oz Milk
0.5 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs Garlic and Herb
2 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles

Recipe Directions for Spicy Jack Mac & Cheese with Broccoli

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350 deg. Lightly spray for non-stick.

  2. COOK macaroni as regular

  3. COMBINE cooked pasta, broccoli, cheddar, jack, evaporated milk and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese into large casserole dish. Combine remaining parmesan and bread crumbs; sprinkle over mixture. Cover with aluminum foil

  4. BAKE covered for 20 min. Remove foil and bake for additional 10 min until lightly browned.
