160 g fat-free yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
75 ml water
100 g red chilli peppers
1/4 teaspoon salt

  1. boil chickpeas

  2. Put cooked chickpeas and rest of ingredients into a blender

  3. Wait 5 minutes

  4. Serve
