Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Hummus

3 cups garbanzo beans, canned, drained
4 tablespoons tahini, unsalted
1 Lemon (47 g) Juice (lemon+yields)
3 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
3 tablespoons olive oil
11 serving Lite Mixture Salt
2 teaspoons ground coriander
3 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Recipe Directions for Spicy Hummus

Put all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Each serving equals approximately 2 oz. Recipe makes approx 32 oz. Season to taste.
