Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Hash Browns

1 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 1/4 lbs baking potato
4 oz yellow onion
1 Cooking spray

Recipe Directions for Spicy Hash Browns

  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Add potatoes; stir well to coat. Place potatoes in a single layer on a cookie sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until browned.
