Spicy ground beef dish that sort of resembles Indian food.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Ground Beef

1 lb of lean ground beef
1 1/2 tbl of curry
1 can fiesta, green chilies
4 oz of mushrooms
1 cup of red onion
1/3 cup of fat free sour cream
2 tsp of cornstarch
14 oz diced tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Spicy Ground Beef

  1. Give pan one spray of oil.

  2. Saute onions, mushrooms and chilies for about 3-4 minutes.

  3. Add curry and cook for 1-2 minutes.

  4. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink.

  5. Add tomatoes, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

  6. In a seperate bowl, combine sour cream and cornstarch. Add to beef mixture, cover and let simmer for 3-4 minutes.

  7. Serve with brown rice.
