Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Grilled Potato Rounds

3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound peeled potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1 Cooking spray
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Recipe Directions for Spicy Grilled Potato Rounds

  1. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.

  2. Combine oil and sweet potatoes in a medium bowl; toss to coat.

  3. Heat a large grill pan coated with cooking spray over medium heat.

  4. Add potatoes, and cook for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.

  5. Place potatoes in a large bowl; sprinkle with cumin mixture and cilantro.

  6. Toss gently.
