Basic Green Chili Sauce. Used over Enchaladas

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Green Chili Sauce

1/2 cup chopped onion
3 cloves garlic
3 tsp Flour
2 cup Green Chili
3 tsp Olive Oil
1/2 cup Chicken Stock
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Salt

Recipe Directions for Spicy Green Chili Sauce

  1. Add Olive oil to pan and saute Onion and Garlic.

  2. When Onion is translucent add the Chicken Stock and flour.

  3. Stir in the Chili, Tomato and Cumin.

  4. Salt to taste.

  5. Simmer until thickened,

  6. Blend until smooth.

  7. Roll Chicken in a tortilla cover with Green Chili Sauce and Cheese.
